글렌드로낙 CS 배치 12

믿고 마시는 글렌드로낙의 인생 두번째 CS Batch 12.🤗

믿음이 너무 강려크 해져버려서 뚜따 CS 인것을 망각하고 코를 박고 있는 힘껏 빨아들였다가 눈물찔끔흘림.🥲🥲

후각이 맛이 갔을까봐 얌전히 뚜껑닫고 5분정도 기다렸다가 스월링 하고 다시 공부.

배치11때와 느낌이 유사한데, 배치 11보단 꽤 시트러스한 향이 강하게 다가옴.
황같다고 느껴질수도 있을듯.
그뒤로는 당연하듯 들어오는 진득한 쉐리, 생강같은 스파이시도 느껴짐. 언뜻 쩐내가 나는것 같기도한데 이건 에어레이션후에 다시 생각해봐야겠다.🧐

맛은 역시 믿음의 레이첼누나이다. 시작부터 짙은 쉐리와 다크초콜릿이 느껴지고 향에서 느껴지던 시트러스함도 따라옴.
혀를 살짝 조여주는듯한 기분좋은 와인의 탄닌스러운 스파이시까지 기분이 좋아지게 만든다.

마무리는 꽤 길게 가져가려고 폼잡는데 아까부터 있던 시트러스함이 더느끼고싶은거 고만하라고 마무리 시켜버리는 느낌.

역시 전체적으로 만족스러운 드로낙cs였다!
꼴을 보아하니 요녀석도 시간 좀 주면 더더 맛있어질거라는게 느껴진다😁😁

GlenDronach, the one I drink on trust - my second CS ever, Batch 12.🤗

My faith had gotten waaay too strong, so I forgot it was a freshly opened CS, stuck my nose right in and inhaled with all my might - a little tear squeezed out.🥲🥲

Worried my sense of smell had been fried, I quietly put the cap back on, waited about 5 minutes, swirled, and went back to studying.

It feels similar to Batch 11, but a fairly citrusy aroma comes through much more strongly than in Batch 11.
Some might even find it sulphury.
After that, as if on cue, comes a thick, rich sherry and a ginger-like spice. For a split second there seems to be a stale, musty note too, but I'll have to reconsider that after some aeration.🧐

On the palate, it's Big Sis Rachel as reliable as ever. Right from the start you get deep sherry and dark chocolate, followed by the citrus from the nose.
Even the pleasant, wine-tannin-like spice that gently grips your tongue puts you in a good mood.

The finish tries to strike a pose and go long, but that citrus that's been hanging around since earlier kind of shuts it down, like "that's enough, stop wanting more."

All in all, another satisfying Dronach CS!
From the looks of it, I can tell this one's going to get even tastier with a bit of time😁😁
