바에서 에어레이션 잘된 상태로 접해보고 굉장히 만족해서 바틀로 구입.
뚜따 후 바로 직관적으로 느껴지는건 굉장히 포도포도해~🍇
약간 브렌디를 섞었나 싶은 정도?🧐
맛은 적당히 꾸덕하고 와인의 탄닌감 정도의 떫음과 스파이시 사이 그 어딘가쯤이 느껴짐.
올로로쏘 캐스크여서 그런지 엄청 달달한 느낌은 아니다.
오히려 좋아~~
알콜부즈는 살짝 치긴 하지만 반병 정도 비워졌을때는 어떤 느낌일지 이미 알고있기 때문에 앞으로가 기대가 됨!

Tried it at a bar nicely aerated, was super satisfied, so I bought a bottle.
Right after opening, the first thing that hits you is how super grapey-grapey it is~🍇
Almost enough to wonder if they mixed in some brandy?🧐
The taste is moderately thick and sits somewhere between wine-tannin-level astringency and spice.
Maybe because it's an oloroso cask, it doesn't come across as super sweet.
Even better~~
The alcohol booze does hit a little, but I already know what it'll be like once it's about half empty, so I'm looking forward to what's ahead!
