21년도에 처음 접한 이후로 지금까지 떨어지지 않게 항상 채워넣는 위스키 중 하나이며,
현재 시세 기준으로 일반적인 15년 숙성 코어레인지 영역에서 이만한 위스키는 아직 찾아보지 못했다.
아껴먹고 싶은데 오히려 더 자주 먹게되는,
오늘은 뭐마실까 고민할 때 가장 만만하게 쳐다보게 되는,
혓바닥 컨디션이 좋은날이든 나쁜날이든 평타이상의 만족감을 주는,
위스키 초보 친구들한테 니트로 권해도 좋은 피드백을 받는, 46도 이상은 되야 싱글몰트 위스키라고 생각하시는거 같은 빌리어르신의 정신이 깃들어 있는,
진득한 쉐리와 알라키 특유의 초콜릿이 기분 좋게 다가오는,

Ever since I first tried it in 2021, it's been one of the whiskies I always restock so I never run out,
and at current prices, I've yet to find anything this good in the regular 15-year core-range category.
The one I want to save, but end up drinking even more often,
the one I glance at first as the easy pick whenever I'm wondering what to drink today,
the one that delivers better-than-average satisfaction whether my tongue is having a good day or a bad one,
the one that gets good feedback even when I offer it neat to friends who are new to whisky, the one that carries the spirit of Grandpa Billy, who seems to believe a single malt has to be at least 46% to count,
the one where rich sherry and GlenAllachie's signature chocolate greet you so pleasantly,
the foundation and the benchmark of the GlenAllachie distillery: GlenAllachie 15!
